Thread: Inflatable pontoon boat additions

This is the my crappie rig. I have not had any luck using the trolling motor. the mount is n a bad place and no matter where i move it i have trouble controlling the motor, any suggestions? My first that was to attach and outrigger to the existing mount moving the motor to the outside of the pontoons. I know i need rod holders, and i have a fish finder that i carry with me. any other suggestions from y'all, i need ideas.
also i am considering raising the seat 4 in because im 6'4 300# and i feel like that would add some comfort.
