I new the crappies were out in the middle of the pond, about 50 yards from shore, and when I got out there it was non stop action. Stayed out there for 5 hours(had to pee after the 3rd hour but held it) and came in to shore with 25 crappies 12 inches to 14 and 1/2 inches and released about 25 decent perch and bluegill and 1 largemouth bass that was 22 inches long. My buddies jaws dropped, that were fishing from shore, when they saw the stringer of crappies. They caught all perch, about 30 total. This spring I'll be getting my own Kayak.
A good positive post, sounds like "kayak fever" to me.

And I just went to Bass Pro Shops 2 weeks ago and purchased the D10 Ascend Kayak. I was in it yesterday for 7 hours of fishing and I'm not too sore today(I turned 51 last week). Couldn't catch a crappie but I did manage 23 bass between 11 and 15 inches. I guess they were beating the crappie to the twister!
