thinking about coming over to KS. to fish Big Hill lake, any advice, been long time since I fished that little pond Help an old man out. or meet me their one day and fish out of my rig.
I haven't fished big hill in years but I use to fish bass tournaments there. I would put in at the ramp on the north east side of the lake and start going north towards the bridge. It is all timber up there but time and heavy ice has broken a lot of it off below water level so be careful. Water temps are about 40 and slowly rising so the crappie should be starting to move in the smaller lakes. Good luck and be safe. Still a lot of crappie in big hill.
