Those of you who knew him, DrFishDuck passed away today after a short illness. Mike Jennings was a super nice man. When I moved here a few years ago Mike was the only person who offered to take me fishing. We had several good trips together and Mike was a heck of a good fisherman. I always enjoyed fishing with him and Denny his Yorkshire Terrier. It sounds crazy but I feel for Denny he is about 12 years old and Mike was the only human he ever lived with and knows.

Thanks for posting this. Mike was a great friend and fisherman. Spent a lot of days on the water with him and you never saw him without his best friend Deny. First time I took Mike out on my boat we decided to run up to the north end of Eldorado, we were running up the lake about 60 mph when his little dog got excited and jumped out from behind the console and ran up on the front deck. Needless to say he about blew out of the boat. Had to always slow down from then on when he was in the boat RIP Mike you will be missed.

A couple of years ago I was at El Dorado fishing and he pulled up in the same area. Due to slow fishing we got to talking, I told him his boat and dog looked familiar. He told me he has been on Crappie.com from time to time. Before he left he told me where he had been catching them a couple of days before and few other tips. I always enjoyed his posts and pictures on this web site. RIP DR.

Sorry to hear about Mike. Poor Deny, will be lost without his Fishin Buddy. I have seen sooo many pics on here of that little fella. Prayers for the whole family.
