You have to love Kansas days like that!
thanks for the update.
Just wondering if you think that the crappie are in typical post spawn holding up in deeper water?
Jigged trees at sailboat ramp area till noon today Friday - 18 FOW - 6 - 8' down using 2" pink triple tip body. Missed several and kept 13 10" to 13" - perfect weather!

I went to Harvey East Saturday morning, no crappie but caught several cats. Water was around 75 at noon. Plan on hittin EL Dorado this week if it aint to windy.
thanks for the report. she was pretty nice yesterday. no wind at all!
We were at El Dorado on Monday. Fished the trees outside of sailboat and did some drifting. We only ended up with 5 crappie and had a couple we missed. Fishing in water from 17 to 30 feet deep. All the bites were about 7 or 8 feet down on a bunch of different colored jigs. Drifted for walleye and got 5, but all short of 21 inches. I did notice online that Marion is under a green algae warning. That seems to happen every year now.

Harvey East had the green algae in 2015. Water looked good last Saturday - and its up.
