    Default ElDorado ; Morning 3-5-16

Fished brush piles of all depths on south side from sun up until 11. The bite was slow for me. Water temp then left was 48.

Thanks for the update. It's killing me not being out there on this perfect day and was wanting a update.
Even with slow fishin it had to feel good to be able to enjoy the weather.
Did you fish trees or brush piles?

Fished north end today around RR bridge. Water was very dark, much darker than I would have anticipated. No luck at all and really never felt like I got on fish. Guys were all over the bridge and I saw 1 crappie caught and 1 eye. Tried to target 10-15 FOW with no luck, moved out to 20 at days end and marked a few off of points but didnt get bit. 3 hours of incredible water time though, love this weather.

I hate to ask Javelin8916 but is the RR bridge the spot where the old RR crosses the walnut(submerged)? If it's further north than that I can probably figure out where.

It was nice getting out. What a glorious day... Slowboat ; I fished submerged brush and a bit of concrete. Thanks for the report Javelin, good to know about the other side. I started to go over there but I figured... To bad the best days to be on the water are usually not the best fishing days.

    Thanks Javelin.
One more quick question. Is there a ramp further north than the sail boat cove to put in? I see there is a old ramp at the end of a road but never checked it out.

Yes there is a ramp directly to the west of the rr bridge, its at the end of a 2 mile stretch of gravel road.
