just a little humor or something
Good idea Shane, I found a little concrete slab next to the outlet wall at Pomona lake and fished there for a few hours. Caught a 5lb flathead, a 14" walleye, and 5 drum with sliders. I'm waiting for my surgery date to have a total knee replacement, so I've been banking and not boating (unless one of you local guys as an extra seat??) I still had a good time at Pomona.

Caught 10 Walleye at ElDorado (9/26) trolling in 15FOW using crank baits. 3 biggest were 27", 23" and 21". Release them back into the lake for someone else to catch.

A walleye that big is on my bucket list!

We fished Melvern on Saturday and could only catch 2 keepers, and 1 flathead around 5lbs. Only used plastics and found out too late that the key was to be using minnows. Brandon had his tournament Sunday on Melvern and I'm hearing same type of results as Saturday, as for the minnow bite.
