HUMANKIND......be both
How early were you there? I got there around 11 and no one was catching anything except for the guys snagging flathead
fished from 8 till 11 prolly hung around till 1130 iwas up on wingwall the last 1/2 hour not fishin the flathead guys were takin the baits out of their mouths when i got there 4 guys dippin minners on the west side catchin the crappies guys fisnin wingwalls for hybribs left bout 11??
I must have been a bit too late. It was an unplanned trip or I would have been a lot earlier. My uncle was there early and didn't catch much but that doesn't mean a whole lot. I was there on Tuesday and caught several good wipers and whites but no crappie. Perry was really hot til they shut the water off. I'd like to see it flowing at least a little to get things stirred up. It seems like the fish are up the pipe now that it's shut off making it hard to catch much

For the uninitiated: What is a "wingwall"? Where are they at Clinton?
I fish; therefore I am.
I think he's talking about the outlet below the dam. It's nice and quiet there, and often lots of fishies too.

Thanks for the information, and nice pictures.
I've never tried below the dam.
