Brad, everyone is probably trolling cranks on the north end of the lake, that's what all the pros were doing yesterday!!!
Next time you need someone to go, give me a call!!!!
Family still out of town. Couldn't get anyone to go with me so I just did a quick trip by myself. Pulling jigs along the windward banks. 1/16 roadrunner was favorite of crappie among others. Caught several with bright colors, all 10-11 in only, kept 3 for supper. Will fry up the other fish too! Madison creek, really muddy compared to usual Milford. Not many fishing Madison, don't know where the hot area is. Brad

Ah ha, well it was fun being by myself in the ametuer div. Tried cranks for a couple of passes but only caught bluegills. ( thought I was marking crappie, but just bream)
That's a nice mixed bag o' fish WTG! at least you"re out fishing and catching....I just read where the winners of the Cabelas Walleye tournament were trolling Shad Raps and Flicker Shad crankbaits on the north end of the lake along with a big crowd of other fisherman. They used lead-core line to get their baits down and keep them close to the boat, they said the key was finding the right trolling speed and color for the murky water on that end of the lake. They were fishing 8-10 fow but caught their biggest fish when they left the crowd and went shallow 2-3 fow. That's where I'd be fishing iffin I was going to Milford!! Good luck!
FAITH, FAMILY, FRIENDS & FISHING...... hopefully in that order but honestly, not always!IceNitro, Scouts Out LIKED above post
