Can't wait to get on El Dorado Sun and Mon after work. Really wishing I had bought something bigger than my 12' Lund though. It's a great little boat for just me, but I can't mount a trolling motor which means I can't suspend over structure very well. Anyway, I'll try to troll and see what happens!

I believe you could mount a transom trolling motor on this boat. Back trolling to stay over a pile is prolly the 'BEST' way. Used to do this all the time,,, even when had a bow mount. <*)}}}><

Good suggestion. That's all I use on my 10foot tin boat, going backwards when there is wind seems to work out a whole lot better for me.
