    I used to fish the crappie spawn at St Paul wildlife refuge but its been years since I've been there.Can anyone tell me what shape its in now? I know they killed it a few years ago are there good fish back in it by now.

    The handle looks familiar and I've seen your comments before about St Paul wildlife refuge elsewhere and it sure seemed like something I would like to check out someday.

    Welcome unclebunkle! I too recognize the name from another site I frequent.
    Is the St. Paul refuge the same thing as the Neosho wildlife Area or is it something different?

    I figured with a unique name such as yours that you were the same fella.
    I have never fished down that way but a friend lives down there and I believe he fishes Neosho. I will see if I can get a hold of him and see what he has to say.
