They are the best at 5 star if your looking for primitive camping. Hot water and in closed bath houses, private rooms. I can put my tent in one of them as they are that big.
Is there primitive camping at Turkey Point? Are restroom facilities good there?

Wheels....all of your offers are noted and very much appreciated.....just because I haven't responded directly to you should not be a worry at this time.....as the event draws closer I will have put together a complete list of necessities for the 2 previously mentioned meals, and everyone can sign up for what they wish to be responsible for....that way we will know all is covered....thanks again....would rather keep your support on this endeavor
Wheels70, I am thinking on pulling my 5th wheel down to Melvern and stay at the camp. I have not stayed there so need to scope it out sometime. Its a bit early to get the nuts and bolt planning done, huntcapn will put that together (I THINK). A man in charge.
Just found out my niece is graduating from K-State on May 12. I will not be able to attended. Rats.
I had a lot of fun last year at Clinton. I'll be going out of town on Sunday the 13th, but I'll try to stop by the camp either the 11th or 12th. Thanks for taking charge of this, huntcapn.
I probably do the one day thing also. I have a flyfishing trip to the Mined Land area the weekend before Memorial Day. 2 camping trips in a month is to much for me.
