    Purchased three dozen minnows this morning, used them up in 5 hours. Had a nice bunch of crappie in the livewell, nothing bigger than 12 inches, most were 10+. TTT in the trees, fish were one crank off the bottom in 7-11 feet of water. Seen 5 boats, all fisherman.

    Thanks for the Perry report. I may have to give it a try this weekend. Us worker bees have 4 days a month of solid fishing and that depends on the weather and dealing with lake traffic.

    fished 2 days first day a 2 freezer bag day 3 walleye not sauger largest a 21 incher.4 crappie 11inchers.the rest whites caught a load of big drum.day 2 the whites were on fire 3 crappie 4 sauger this time with a 16" as the biggest.Pulling spinners with 1/2 a crawler ended up with a 3 freezer bag day.

    KS one of the fishers with me was from California they were going to make a fish gumbo so yes we kept the fish,they also were making fish taco's mighty tasty .even whites covered with hot sause in a tortella shell with shreaded cheese cole slaw the hot sause of your choice is mouth watering good.If you have people who don't like eating fish the convential way of cooking them will love these 2 reciepies.
