"Wind outa de East,,, fishin de least". Went to de dam 1st ting. 1 little crappie even tho marked plenty. Even dropped jigsDoh wid nibbs down. As with yesterdays wind forcast,,, dey missed the speed again. Couldn't fish where yesterday's catch was. So searching Doh again. Marked a fine school RoflRofl of drum Doh & fished the same pattern as yesterday. Just wasn't working as well(see begining quote) Finally got my senses back Hands ClappingHands Clapping & went to the piles BUT,,,, only piles no deeper den 17ft. Go figure dat one!! I'll be at Bass Pro, Olathe, Sat & Sun. <*)}}}><

more than good enough....its a good report.....just havent heard of you goin to Pomona and not tryin to dip a minner in da trees in the summer.

Was at Pomona shame time when Chatt and clients where on the lake. Wind out of the East with white caps all day. Had to fish the coves, tried the damn early, very little luck, wanted to fish the trees but would been also impossible. Caught lots of small crappie on the drop shot rig, very few keepers, need to be 10 inches and above in my boat. Still a good day better than working. Great minnow count from the green acres store.

Be careful going out in the wind. Young man drowned at Cheney on a windy (40+) day last week. Was playing in the water, fell, and dissapeared. They had to wait 2 days for the wind to slow down enough to be safe to look for him.
