Whar were the toals and who got the job done?
Just reminding everyone that we have another event this Thursday night. We had a record number of boats last time and would like to see 20 this week. I know some of you guys have been talking about coming out, well we only have one more after this one. Its a great time and good to put faces with names on here, even though I'm horrible with remembering. So with that being said I don't want to hear any excuses why you didn't make it out.
Thanks,
Ryan

I can catch you up a bit, just don't know the names.
12 boats
Ryans brother fished alone and won again. actually caught 6 keepers on a tough nite. can't remember total weight.
second place also brought 4 to the weigh in. sorry can't remember their naqmes
I think big fish was 1lb 6oz
that steller team of godart and son finished an all too familar 5th but we're sandbagging til the last one.
These tourneys are alot of fun. shoot someone won a 5yr warrenty deep cycle battery on a five dollar raffel ticket. Only one left for this season come on out
I think you meant Greg's brother go dart. He fished solo and won. The second place team was just out fishing at Hillsdale yesterday and saw in a flyer the tourney was last nite, called to tell the wives they were staying late and wound up with second place on a deep bite and took home 180.00 i think. It was my partner that won the battery. My regular partner couln't make it and I asked this guy if he wanted to fill in. He did a nice job catching two of our three keepers. The pressure must of got to him though, as he lost a big fish right at the boat. This tourney really is a great time and a real good into into tourney crappie fishing. Thanks to Greg and Ryan for doing everything it takes to put one of these things together and to run it each time. If anyone is thinking about trying their hand at tourney fishing the next one is the last one of the year. Come on out and give it a go. I heard talk about doing it again next year.
I fished Hillsdale thursday during the day and was getting off the water when the tournament guys were putting in. Got to meet Go-dart, Labsnslabs, Chiefmootchachew, nice bunch of fellow fishers and hopefully will see them on the water or a beer & burgers get together
FAITH, FAMILY, FRIENDS & FISHING...... hopefully in that order but honestly, not always!
Thanks guys for the posting the tornament stuff sorry I had a hell of a day yesterday with all the last minute orders before Louisburg's Labor Day parade I own the Print shop in town here and we do a lot of signs and other things for this thing and I didn't get a chance to post and as I can see Labs isn't doing his part so I will (just screwin with Labs everyone I still like him) Here it is we had 12 boats in the tourney, the winner was Gary Graham of Drexel, Mo 2lbs 15 oz. $216, 2nd place was Hal Land of Drexel, MO and Brad Baze of Independence, MO first timers 2 lbs. 5oz. $108 good job guys. Big fish went to MIke & Eric Schrock of Lawrence, KS. father & son team. when I asked them who caught the big fish and he(the son) said he did, I asked if he thoiught an 80/20 split would be acceptable, dad quickly reminded him who's boat they fished out of. well anyway they had a 15 ouncer and it was the only fish they weighed in so good deal they got $120 for that. Thanks to all that came out we had a blast doing it again. one more thing guys we would like to have everyone come out to Louisburg we are going to cook all of these fish you guys have been donating after the tournaments. The location is S. 6th and Broadway in Louisburg the parade goes right by my house it starts at 10am we will allready be cookin all you need to bring is your own drinks and chairs everything else we should have. We will be taking goodwill donations for Crappie Chatt's brother so come out and help us make it a success. Oh yeah it will be Monday at 10 am is when the parade starts
