I think you can get minnows in Stockton. Gas Station there on main street used to have them.

At one time there was a bait shop in Kirwin. Not sure where you are staying but I've always got them at Meyers in Downs. Good count and I put the little battery powered aerator on them between Downs and Kirwin and don't lose any.
