Great morning to be out. Lots of teal around if you know where to look. 3 of us shot 17 blue wings and 1 gwt. First duck hunt of the year and first time getting checked as well. Glad to see them out there.

I agree especially on public ground for waterfowl things can get a little wild good to have wardens nearby.

The weather this weekend was beautiful. After the first morning the dog was limping pretty bad so we didn't hunt today. Still loads of doves around too.

Took the old dog down to MVW and had a nice afternoon shoot on Sunday. Did see lots of sky busting a some pintails get crushed... sad but part of what it is. Dakota made a couple of great retreives, love watching her work.
