x2 Ku is playing the toughest schedule in the country, and they also just knocked off 4 straight ranked opponents which hasn't been done since 96-97.

Strength of schedule for sure, Wichita state is very impressive and the MVC is a good league but no big 12. All that said, I would love to see them match up.

I have no problems with either team. But nobody will come and play WSU at home. There schedule is what it is through no fault of there own except not losing. As time progresses IF they maintain this wonderful run then they might get better teams to come play them.

This team this year has 5 starters that played to the final four last year against some "good teams" beat 3 of them and played closer to the national champion then anybody did in the tournament. They can complete with anybody in the nation. It may not last forever but I am sure enjoying the ride.

Not that it is ever going to happen but if they play KU I hope it is in the early part of the year why KU is still putting it together. Edge goes to WSU then, late in the year I would give the edge to KU (even thou I hate to say that).

I just hope that all 3 Major KS schools get or keep it going. It is great to say that 3 schools from KS all made the dance.

Wsu might not be the biggest team , most talented team, or even the most talented. But they have plenty of each of those with a extremely high BB IQ. Combine that with better team work (unselfishness) then all teams and they can go far.

There isn't one player you need to stop, there is 5 or 6. The all American (early) is ok with passing up scoring 20+ a game if anybody else has a better shot or hot hand. Point guard that can easily score 20a game would rather have 10 assist.
2 guard who also can light it up for 20+ will not shoot to help team mates and does everything that goes under the radar.

Add the top defender in the nation, that can score. Mix in 3 bigs that all bring a different skill set to the table. Lots of fouls to give.

It is a great season.

Plus we keep the guards for next year.

Add in the team chemistry and the level of maturity (no Legal issues)

Its great to be a shocker.
