Crappie Camp

Hard to find a place better than Glen for a get together like this. Great places to stay all around the lake at reasonable prices. People are friendly and we are treated very well. The lake in August is not over run with jet skis and pleasure boaters. Lake is stable and last year even when it came up 5 feet the week before, we still caught a lot of Crappies. Last year there were more people from east of hiway 75 than west.
I know Chatt has looked at a lot of possbilities for the Aug camp but Glen always makes more sense.
If you know of a lake that will give us the local support and has the facilities and lake stability that Glen has and you want to put in the effort to organize the event...let's hear the specifics.

Either ya can or can't. Like de lake or not. Dates work or not. Spring Camp Day. May 21st at Clinton. Bloomington Park. Summer Camp, Aug. 5th,6th, & 7th. Glen Elder. Now!!!! I think you mean the Spring one is the 21st, right Chatt? I think I should be able to make it. Let me look more into it and I will be glad to take charge if one of ya goobers will let me fish with ya. Is this more of a one day deal or are people looking to camp and therefore we need more camping spots???

That is more along the lines of what i was thinking....but maybe a melvern deal?? Just saw sweetheart say it would be mid sept before it would be normal pool....and I am sure we will get some liquid between now and then too...but who knows.
