Really depends on air temp...most of the time I will have under armor, flannel shirt and maybe a light hooded jacket (walmart $12 special). Under armor leggins and an old pair of polyester slacks or a pair of sweats. Don't like using the hood on the jacket...stocking cap over a fleece (neck and head) stocking. Start out in the morning going across the lake with the jacket zipped up but by days end it will be unzipped or off.

Best investment I've ever made for winter fishing, they were actually a Christmas gift last year this year asking for muck boots.

    I'm Sold.:D..
Now All I need to do is sell the wife on it

During the winter, I do some fishing from docks.

2-3 weeks ago -- a guy fell off one of the docks I fish at.
It took 4 guys (Working hard) to get him out of the water..
    He said --
"With all the cloths he had on..He had a hard time standing up and walking to his truck".

    He was lucky.

Yeah, we were out on Melvern Thur. fishing off a point and up North of us we saw a guy fall off his boat into the water. He was dressed in the basic coverall stuff. It was all his partner could do to get him in. That was on an open bow deck boat. If it would have been something else I do not think he would have been able to get in. Motor over to them as quick as we could to help but he was out before we got there. Either wear your life jacket or get something that you will float in.

After saying all this about this piece of clothing I don't want people to get the wrong impression. I can only say how it works for me and the cold. A fellow can pass judgment on its ability to keep you afloat based on what you see in the advertisements. I got to thinking about it and most of the time I don't have the jacket zipped or the hood on my head. Have no idea how it would work with those conditions.

Tried our new suits Tuesday. Very comfortable and warm. Did not try the float thing, will wait for warm water for that. They are a little more challenging to get on but once on they are very warm. As it warmed up Tuesday had to unzip the Parka.

It is challenging getting my coveralls on with all the layers I put on..:p
Really bulky..feels like I'm wearing a moon suit. But I am warm.
Hope I don't need to go #2,,That would be a real mess.
With bibs -- you only have to get 1/2 naked
I have heard longer leg zippers on the bibs would be nice.
