Thanks for all the info. I live around the OKC, OK area and I would love to know where to go to find some myself. If anyone has any info for my area around Yukon, OK please let me know where a good spot would be to hunt some shrooms..

Funny, I have friends that are on their way to hunt Oklahoma morels as i type. I can't tell you where they are going or i would be greased-out. But I can say this, hunters that are focusing on areas north of OKC are doing really well right now.

Crop_E_Man. I don't know of any specific sites around BigHill but in general S.E. KS is home to excellent morel hunting grounds. You will probably have to do some footwork to find good spots. Perhaps you can enlist a local to serve as a guide, I bet someone would be interested in trading fishing tips for mushroom spots.

Starting to see them at the farm. The mushrooms could use rain but I was just out at Pomona Lake and it certainly doesn't need any more water... I'm torn.
