    Default Hand ties, big success

Caught 25 on 5 different hand ties. Largest were 9". My buddy caught 16. No evidence of spawning here.

Nice mess of gills caught on your hand ties makes it really special. I carry soft plastics but rarely use them other than tipping power wiggler pieces to my hand ties. Pieces of wigglers make a huge difference for me and my catch rate.

Jim, I tipped with Slabanator Scented Slab Sticks, Crappie Nibbles, waxworms, and red worms. I change colors and the tip material often. Had to today, lost 5 jigs on break offs and structure. This was my best bluegill experience ever and I will be 70 next month. Poles were bent, long runs, pinwheels, and pure fun! No crappie in this lake but it has the perfect structure for them.
