Interesting Bob.
We did a jelly jig wedge tail, also some split tail wedges
does super glue work to fold the tail back on itself. sorta like the rage tail plastics ? just a quarter inch
That ought to have a lot of catching action!

I don’t know about using a super for that purpose. I used super glue sometime to after I get through by the head the way I tied the wedges on is tie the top of the on and then I bend it back often then it pretty well stays straight, maybe I will post a picture of what I’m talking about .

would super glue hold a small piece of another color of tail as a hot spot? i tried melting a strip of silicone to make a ball at one end but it turned to ashes.
just trying to get more movement out of the tail. . the rage plastic baits have a distinct ridge on the end of the tail that moves water. almost as if the tail is folded over. so if i had a white tail and glued a black or red piece to either side of tail. would super glue work? or a solarez type work better?
