    Default 1/8 Diner Shiners

Yesterday was windy and cold after storms rolled through so to occupy myself I painted several colors of these 1/8 Diner Shiners poured on #2 sickles. Every jig turned out great. Painting these are extremely addictive, I can't stop painting. I may need an intervention.Name: IMG_5046.jpg

Those are insane! Fish would bite them bare just to kill the bug they have never seen before.

I'd take 1000 if I had the money!

I try to match the hatch and paint bluegill and other small prey that predators eat. Using four colors on each jig, dip first two colors and brush tap the other two. Just counted 75 jars of paint along my wall, 90% of them I mixed myself.

The one's with red in them in the second picture were painted using glow red, finally found a great color combination for glow red. Turn out the lights and "Bam", colors pop!!
