We’ve been thinking about using foam like they use in tying bugs or fly fishing but we will be cutting the wedges. What do you guys think it be too thick or tail? Actually, we have some on order in we will post when we get the material.

Action is probably the most over-rated thing in jigs. Go with it and let us know how that goes.

at a quick glance it looks like the ice fishing lure that has been hot the last few years . made for vertical jigging. it covers a wide radius and is very erratic. might be on to somethimg
