growing up in a hard core marines house, if something was mentioned it needed done, you better get it done. That carried over to my time in the service as a cook, feeding a Battalion plus three times a day. Well after 19 yrs in a marines house, then 16 plus yrs in the service it's still that way for me. So from the time momma gets up till she goes to bed, I hear, "WE need to do this, or this needs to get done". She's always tired due to this ailment, we found out she has, so on top of all the everyday chores, I get bombarded with all this other. Oh yea, there's the three chihuahua's that need taken care of too....A bit over whelming most times. She can't understand my upbring, and always says, " I didn't mean for you to do that, I was just sayin' it needed to be done". In my mind I'm going "AAAARGH!!!!!!". I think it's called Hypertension. A killer...

Meditation. Take care of yourself first, so you can take care if others. Tying does relieve stress for me too.

Nice ties, that should catch some fishes. When I start feeling antsy and can't go fishing I take a long walk outside and clear my head. And it's good for you.
