Where can you get silicone sheets and different colors?

I would think you could find such a thing at industrial supply places. Granger, MSC, Fastenal, Motion Industries, or Applied Technologies.

just saw some on temu when i was looking for wiggle tails for some pike flies. Cowens ultra seude may also work

I'll be honest, I've been thinking of getting some of the really tough soft plastic plastisol, maybe adding some of the stuff to toughn' it up some more, then pour some sheets over a floor tile to desired thickness. I am tired of trying to find it on the internet. May take a bit to figure it out, but, for me, faster than trying to find a proverbial needle on the internet, a I mean haystack...lol

Check Amazon, I bought some silicone baking sheets awhile back to build some jighead clamp type holders. They do offer colored silicone sheets for crafts.
