It's been awhile but my best deal ever was when I purchased a Hot Pink Grizzly saddle hackle at Feathercraft on clearance for $10. Couple of years later the hair extension craze kicked in and I sold individual feathers for $6 each. Saddle had a ton of long feathers up to 14" long. I made over $2000 from that saddle and still have a few broken shorter ones still.
