    Default More spinnerbaits

I've been working with these using Gamakatsu B10 Stinger hooks pouring these 1/16 and 1/8 spinner baits to be used with soft plastics although I did tie a few. Colored up some plastics as well with the Spike it markers. Compact spinner baits with plastics cast a long ways and hope to reach more fish since I fish from the bank.Name: IMG_4564.jpg

The plastic looks good but your duck feather ones are awesome. Very nice baits.

The worst part with the spinner baits like these is I can't dip them in the paint, every color has to be brush tapped on so I have to be quick since I heat the head only once before tapping on the 4-5 colors. Pretty messy but worth it. When rigged with a soft plastic they cast much farther than my hand tied spinner baits by at least 10 yards. While testing I even caught a crappie on one from a lake that I hadn't caught a crappie from in a couple years. Name: IMG_2373.jpeg
