    Default Back in Vermont

Been real scarce around here as I left Vermont at the end of March to go home to NY to help take care of my Dad who passed on the 4th of Aug. Took care of a bunch of other stuff while I was there but at least he's not in pain anymore.
Thanks SpeckledSlab thanked you for this post

So sorry. I lost my dad when I was only 15. He was only 37. But even if he was 100 it still is a loss that cant be replaced. Would say it gets better with time but i'm 68 now and it still hurts. Really sorry man. Think of the good times and take joy in them.

    Sorry for your lost!
The best thing my dad ever gave me was his love of fishing.

Sorry to hear about this Doug. I don’t do well losing loved ones. Glad to hear you’re back home and settling back in.
