Let the fish trim it to their preferred length. I really like the second ones color but just me but I would use a chartreuse or a grey head. Probably chartreuse being I know what lake we fish!! 😉

I like em both. I also like a shorter tail but as also said, the fish will tell and trim it to the length they like. Short strikes and you’ll need to shorten em a little.

thanks skeet, I have never really had a problem YET with short striking, not saying I won’t now since I said this, but like you say just one trim away, then make them all shorter.
