Good looking baits. Looking forward to your review on the new ties.
Earlier this year I was using a mop spinner and the more fish I caught the tail fibers started to get pulled down the thread creating a unique action fish loved. I caught over 100 on this bait before I retired it before I lost it. Put a new one on and it just didn't have the action and bites slowed way down so I put the original back on and started hammering them again. Took it off when I got home. While cleaning the tying area up a bit I came across it and thought why don't you make some baits like that on purpose so yesterday I did, making up a few dozen. Probably going to stock up a few more today while waiting for the heat to drop. Super easy bait to make and it sure wouldn't hurt to give these a shot. First picture is the original.

Very cool Jim. I bet that has tremendous action. No wonder it’s a killer bait. Thanks for sharing

Jim I like it. Good idea. I plan to make a few myself.
Maybe they will bite this one……JUNGLEJIMJIGS LIKED above post
I tried one for a little while a couple of days ago and had a lot of taps but no hook ups. Probably nipping at the tail so I might need to shorten up the tails a bit and get it closer to the hook. I believe they will be fine for crappie but a little shorter for bluegill.

I have been experimenting with this idea, and I like it. Tried similar stuff but stripping the chenille is the solution.
Thanks Jim
