Great hand tie. Good imitation. About as close as one can get.

    Thanks!
I think I can probably get a little closer with some playing around with the head and eyes, but I try to do a little something each day, and didn't feel like starting from scratch yesterday, so the pearl head I already had painted got the nod.

    Looks real good!
The best thing my dad ever gave me was his love of fishing.

Great looking tie, and will probably put fish in the boat. But , I would have put another layer of chenille on the body to bulk it up just a bit. Maybe tie in at the head and wind back, then back to the head. Thats all I would change. Great looking tie.
