I have. I'm no longer a fan. I'll buy from anyone that has what I need but I can't remember the last time I ordered from them that there wasn't a mistake. I'm okay with mistakes. I'm not okay ordering 3-4 packs of a color, and the same order being different runs of the 'same color', and not being warned ahead of time. I've gotten a few things that were mislabeled as well. When I called to inform them of the mistake, I was told "that can't be right, we don't even sell that color", when informing them of what color was actually in the package.....when in fact I also had multiple packages of said color, from THEM.

I have had a number of mistakes on my orders from them but never had a problem with them making it right.

Thinking back I do think out of the many orders I have done with them there was one mistake but they made it right asap. I will continue to do business with them.

They aren’t the best on size either. Their medium really is more like extra small,,,I don’t like that when paying so much for chenille,,, it’s useless to me when a size doesn’t match what I’m tying

They've always made it right but I didn't like having to make that call after every order, and eventually just lived with it. Had a similar conversation with a fellow that regularly posts in some of the FB groups and he was experiencing the same things. I'll still order from there but you better believe it's for unique colors I can't get elsewhere or anything remotely close.
