Yeah he use to do a lot of FB live but doesn’t much anymore or at least that I’ve seen. Haven’t tried the color combo you speak of.

I know he has medical issues, and don't know, he may be in the hospital. I thought he had posted a pic on or about Fathers day of Him, His Dad, Son, and Grandson taken at his home. Just don't know.

So you don’t have a curing box? Just place under the light for initial cure then outside or leave under light for final cure. How long? I was thinking I wanted to make a curing box but don’t want to overexpose

I have a rack that I hang them on. I do about 8-12, hang on rack and then hold the light up to them for about 10 seconds or so thrust to get a quick set up. Then stick in a jig clamp I made and place out in sun for an hour or two depending on strength of sun. Winter time the rack I have allows for me to place the lamp under the jigs if I want to cure without sun. I use to use a UV pen light but to do a quick setup but that takes so much longer. I put on my polarized sunglasses with UV protection when I have light on.

Is there a better way to do it than what I’m going to explain, probably but what I do and works best for me. Maybe help others out or help me out in the process. Lol.

Here is the rack I usually hang them from. Can hold 24 across. I’ll paint about 8-12 jigheads and hang on rack. I use a model paint brush I dip in UV container and apply to jighead. I then hold the light underneath for 10 seconds or so to get the UV to set up. I can place those 24 in a wooden jig clamp I made to place out in the sun.

If not making use of sun I use this rack. I can hang jigs on to rack and place light under them for awhile and then also put light on top of them for awhile. I’ll use a piece of tin foil on opposite of light to help reflect. I’m probably going to break down and by another light so I can have one on top and bottom at the same time.

Gotcha. They sell a two pack online of those lights. Need to think how I want to setup my area some first. Thanks for explaining.

Was thinking Dave about your over curing comment. If you do make a cure box, by no means cure as long as I mentioned in the sun. A UV box set up right can cure in 20-30 minutes per UV layer applied. You go sticking jigs in a UV box for 2-3 hours I can see over curing. The sun cures slower and why you can leave it out there longer.

I've been thinking about it and how I'm going to do them. I did some the other day and could probably just use a fingernail UV system no faster than I'm able to produce them. If I did the board clamp like you suggest I could do more faster and then the curing box. Still undecided. The Solarez torch I bought does a really good job curing them already. I might be overthinking it.

And only reason I use the sun for main cure is when I do get around to making heads I usually knock out a few dozen or more at a time and just easier to flash cure then set outside than to build a huge UV box or cure smaller batches at a time.
