    I’ve been taking lessons watching Big Ken tie his jigs,,,he’s an absolute artist when he builds, but man it costs money and time to build like that….I need to learn that sometimes lesser is better,,, These look just right,,, nice job!

    Yea man Big Ken is an inspiration! He makes some awesome jigs! Some of his paint jobs are so good especially some of the jigs he makes with the under spins.

    Thanks Doc! When I first started tying I was really partial to marabou, I guess because it's so easy to tie. Now man I love tying with neck hackle, it makes such a great tail.

    Yep we all go up and down the scale of how much pretty we put in for fisherman's eyes and how cheap can I go and get the thump. I actually fish with more plain Jane jigs than I would ever post.

    Yeah many use marabou due to its ease. I’m a bucktail/hackle guy. Hardly use marabou.

    Big Ken jigs are so nice that I would guilty dropping one in a brush pile and losing it.
