Just take the regular round head and compress/flatten the sides with a smooth jawed vise or pliers. Put you eyes on and coat the head. I use UV adhesives but alot of glues will work.

Does anyone make a 1/32 or 1/16 round ball head with the eye socket? Freestyle are ok but I prefer a round ball head.

I don't believe I've ever seen a round ball jig with an eye dimple.
The pill heads that I've made is not what you want, but the concept of adding a dimple could be done using less compression than I do when I'm making pill heads.
If i understand your question, the idea you want is to make the dimple and add the eye, with the finished result being a round ball jig with an eye set.
These were my process of taking a round ball jig and compressing the jig with a dimple for the eyes to lay in, and then the eyes are below or even to the jig head surface.
