I’m a big fan of fat guys fishing jig head molds, changed my whole world going from one at a time to 14, also the quality is head and shoulders above the single pour stuff
Ok guys and gals, I want to dive into the pool of knowledge that is the crappie fishers of the world. I am looking for a company that makes custom jig molds. There are several types of molds I need to add in order to keep up with demand and the multiple size molds just take way to much time. Plus you are locked in to the specs they have for hooks and accessories. Hopefully this hasn't been asked to many times and I just didn't research here enough. Thanks in advance for any help you have to offer.

Every mold will have its own amount of limitations as far as hooks and acc. With a little imagination and craftiness they can be modified. It is a fascinating hobby and these folks at this CDC site will get you headed the right way. Myself, I just use Do-It molds and do my own mods when needed. They are not nearly as nice as custom molds but for the money they are fine for what I do. I have custom molds in the $200 price range by a local machinist but they are stuff I can't get from mass produced molds or have the talent to do myself. Like any hobby your wants and others thoughts on a mold design is highly individualized. Good luck and enjoy.
Thanks guys. I will check the Fat Guys site gobbler. Grumpy Loomis yeah I have several Do IT molds and am really happy with them. Just need to get some specific sizes made to be able to keep up lol
I too like a mold that pours more than one at a time, but some don’t get used much and they’re fine by me so far. One I use a lot is a do it 1/32 ball head that weighs 1/43 with a #8 hook. Pours seven at a time. I’ve got one that I’m going to modify for larger hooks for salt water. Truly a rabbit hole. Keep us posted on who and what you find. I think we all have a mold or two that we’d bite the bullet for.
