Yep, it might have to do with the paint and the humidity or temp of powder application. We have so many variables in our hobby. Heck I've ordered chenille that I've used for years and looks nothing like the old stuff.
It could be the bottle as I did get a new one. I’ve never had problems with chartreuse and gorilla glue clear before. Woke up this morning and checked on my new BSI eyes and they look great!

So as if I didn’t have enough supplies already I ordered 3000 eyes in 3 new colors of both 5mm and 6mm, 5 new colors of powder paints and alumilite UV. I’ve tried several types of UV and just haven’t been satisfied. Wanting a clear coat that is easy to use, easy to store, adds a nice gloss finish and durable. Hopefully this is the one. I love KBS. It’s not a UV but can get bubbles and storing can be a pain. Wanting something easier.

Oh.... this stuff excites me. Can't wait to see what the Dr. comes up with in the lab next!
What colors did you get?
That should keep ya busy on those nasty winter days

The candy green makes sort of a teal color when on a shiny new spinner blade. I'm not sure about lead as I haven't done one yet.

Painted up some 1/8oz to dip plastics tomorrow in case handties don’t work. Hitting a new lake so I’m clueless on it. Pic doesn’t do jigheads justice as they are fancy.
