Anyone thought of doing this with hair?

Fine hair from my border collies would be good for a fluid finesse-flutter toward the center surround by coarser deer hair. Sound feasible? I was never much impressed by the action of either alone on the jig.

I have seen guys tie up beard hair, dog hair, and all kinds of fox, racoon, horse, cow. If it is hair, it should work
