You do have a good verity there. Keep up the good work.
I got some #8 hooks and poured, painted and tied some as well. Now I have a nice variety to work with.

Really look good. Good colors too. The tie loop is odd, did you have to mod the mold? Fish catchers for sure.
Creativity is just intelligence fooling around
I didn't have to make any mold modifications but due to the thin wire of these hooks about half the loops were filled with lead that I had to remove. When wrapping thread while tying the jigs I had to support the hook with the left hand while wrapping with the right to keep hook from moving and flexing too much, otherwise the wraps wouldn't be tight enough. I field tested one and the trout were loving it, didn't lose a fish.

Nice catch and on home grown jigs makes it even more special.
They are nice hooks with a slick coating, just wish they had a wider gap.
Here is their sales pitch from the jp website.
You can cure the gap, by using a pair of clippers, and bending it out about 10 degrees. I do that on all of my jigs, when tying one on. It will make your catch rate go up.
Nice as always Jim!!
