WOW! I like those! I will be trying those for sure. Thanks
Here is another blade bait you should try. These have worked great for me in the past, only drawback was a lot of crappie were swallowing it and getting gill hooked making their release impossible. I call them Tail Gunners. The pink/white are 3/32 and the Fire tiger weighs 1/16. I tie in the roller swivel in at the bend, then about 6-7 wraps of Palmer chenille and then the chenille body. Then add my split ring and blade.

I tried that once and put a #12 treble hook with the blade. Not sure I recommend that as it was not a big producer. Let us know how you do.
Sent you a pm

They definitely will catch crappie. If you want to make some whatever tail you use make sure it doesn't go to far past the swivel or it will interfere with the spinning blade. I used to tie these for a guy who sold them online but quit tying in bulk last year because it interfered with my fishing time.
is this for longlining or simply jigging?
Jim here are some of what I referred to in the pm. These were made by another individual who is no longer in business the best I can tell.
Been looking for something similar to these since last Spring.
Those are nice, I have been making those for years, they are prefect for long lining or casting. Congrats on a great post.
