    Default Weighted jighook minnow?

I want to try to tie a weighted jighook minnow/bait fish type lure to use for ice fishing. I want to use leadwire and fish skulls. Any tips or suggestions?

As a kid I used to use a straight Aberdeen hook. I cut the head off the minnow and put the head on the hook and a splitshot behind head to hold it at the front. Not as fancy as your talking about but very effective at luring fish to bite.

Thanks , I'm looking at tying a lure, with lead wire, and the artificial fish skull that you glue eyes on. Not sure what other materials might work. Hard to get minnows for bait around here.
