Looks like one of the transparent colors used without a base color. Maybe firecracker.
Anybody know what color paint this head is?
I bought some Holographic silver from TJ tackle that looked really close until I cured it. After curing it turned grayish blue.

A great color combo.
Try a base coat of white first.
Like Drnip. Appears to be firecracker from Pto Tec over a unpainted head.

Not sure the but guys are guessing better than I could. Two things though. That is a really short hook for this application and is that a slip bobber hanging from the jig. Interesting bobbin.
Looks like a clear paint with the glitter in it

Had someone call me about this paint and I just don't know. He said the same thing if he used his regular heat temps, but a much lower temp didn't make that happen. I am thinking the Holographic pieces in that paint is not Metal Flake like Pro-Tec sells. I have a lot of that metal Flake and it will not change and I use 390 degrees to 400 degrees for my cure. Other kind of materials may not hold up to our cure temps?

So I ordered some Pro Tec purple haze the other day and when I tried to paint the jig head with it for the life of me I couldn’t get complete coverage like I wanted. Will have to use a base coat with it I guess. But then I remembered this thread and said let me try just tapping some on a head and the end result looks the same as the color above. Only difference maybe whoever painted the above head got the head a little too hot making the glitter curl a little as well as used a little less paint than I did. Best I got.
