    Default Buying a melting pot

I'm gonna order a pot tonight to start my pouring adventure, which pot would you guys suggest for a starter. I've seen a lot of lee pots in videos and the such but thought I'd ask here. Thanks guys

I purchased the Lee then further research led me to the RCBS for one reason.
The Lee requires constant 'fiddling' and I am not a 'fiddling' guy.
It's 'fix it and forget it' for me.
    Never had one 'fiddling' moment.
It's plug it in, use it, turn it off until next time.

I don't know if you already got one or not, but this would probably get more replies on the Painting and Pouring Jigheads board? here is a link.

If the spout goes to dripping place a screwdriver in the slot on top of the stem, twist back and forth a few times.
If the spout flow isn't good use a bent paper clip to clear it.
I use a long teaspoon to scrape the sides and stem when the lead is melted before production to get the crud out.
I add about a pea size piece of wax to the melt, stir as it burns, it will flame up. Any kind of wax will do.

I know nothing about powder paints, can't help you there. I have lots of lead, alloy and zinc.
