Looking for 2" Ringed Triple Tip in special colors

Okay guy's and gal's. Can any of you help me find or make the color combos listed below in a 2" ringed triple tip. I've looked everywhere and cannot find what i'm looking for and would truly appreciate your help.
The bug's I'm looking for are made by D & J Plastics but the guy here in town that use to carry them is no longer in business.

Color Combo

Bubblegum w/ Chart Tail

Ice blue metal flake w/ Chart tail

Chart/white w/ Chart tail

Junebug/chart w/ chart tail

I think that the tails actually have a little metal flake in them but it's not much.
