    As the title States does anyone have some good color combos for gills using mylar tubing . Thanks in advance John

    It's a type of tying material that comes in a roll of different diameters to match the size jig or how much of a flare tail you want . It is threaded onto the hook after a base of thread is laid down . You then can add a chenelle body if you want . Then you take a sharp needle or razor blade and break the weaves apart on the tail . It looks simple to tie with and crazy angler has it on their page. It looks like it would make some awesome crappie jigs too sorry for the novel lol

    Thanks for the novel. Trying to pick up all I can before I get started. My vise will finally be ordered Monday and I've been putting the other stuff together. Unsure about a lot of the materials.
