    Default Can anyone pour this style jig?


    Looking to see if anyone can pour this jig in a 1/8th and 1/4 with a 2/0 red hook...Thanks

    This mold is close, but uses a 90 degree hook. Erie Jig

    It would take very little time to mod the mold to accept an eye-forward hook as shown but you'd maybe need to bend the hooks yourself to fit the conversion....again not all that hard. The hooks in the heads you show appear to be 60 degree hooks so snoop around to see if the heads in the link will be of a size you want and then check hook sources to see if a 60 or some other hook will fit your need.

    Ive tried bending hooks & jigs.... some will bend a little. Others just snap!

    The ones in the above pictures look like a 571 short shank hook. If they are, they bend fairly easy. A little heat right at the elbow will stop breakage.
