crystal monster chenille

went fishing yesterday at a good pond that allows only members to fish and they were finicky so I tossed my buddy the jig box loaded with tiny jigs. He picked out a 1/32 with size 8 hook with monster chenille and green drake mallard flank feather fibers for the tail. He put a sparkle green crappie nibble on the hook and fished it under a small float with a couple small split shot between the jig and float. He began to reak havoc on the panfish population immediately, with crappie and fliers. This was the first time we had used the monster chenille, I got it on crazy anglers site under the crystal chenille section, I tied on a tiny jig too with the hot shiner color and white nibble which worked good as long as the sun shined brightly. this is the second time in a row that this guy has taken me to school with my own jigs, lol Oh, these jigs had unpainted heads which provided a little flash too, for those that don't know about the monster color of chenille, it is a mylar medium to darker green color and it is beautiful, redear

Congrats on the catching! I have been using that stuff for at least 4 years now and love it. I have every color they make and a lot of custome ones as well. I even have some of the bigger stuff than what he carries, but most of what I have is #10. That is also what I use on my little 1/32oz Roadrunners all the time.
