here are a couple of companies to go to.

LAKELAND . WORTH COMPANY they will have all the material that you are wanting to build your twin blade set up.LAKELAND has a large selection of component parts they manufacture blades by police swivels they do have all the connecting stuff to build a setup like you are wanting. WORTH COMPANY they also had the same materials but a little bit different I think minimum order from both companies are per thousand I have bought from both companies they are very good.
